Faircloth Custom Homes is a locally owned, privately held, multi-million dollar corporation,
established in 2002 for the purpose of servicing the needs of selective home owners with custom
homes and custom additions.


Brian A. Faircloth, President and CEO…Educated at the University of Florida with a major
discipline in Business and Construction. Brian is your first contact as a new customer and
personally reviews your needs and prepares all proposals. Brian will oversee your project from
conception to completion.

The Typical Faircloth Customer

The typical Faircloth Custom Homes customer comes to us with their own plans and already owns
subject property. We then work with the customer to fine tune the plans and specifications before
providing a proposal for the project. We always recommend that the customer receives quotes
from other builder before making their decision. Faircloth Custom Homes will not always be the
lowest bidder but we will always deliver the best product at a fair and reasonable price. Faircloth
Custom Homes will never sacrifice quality to be the lowest bidder.
