We honor your ideas and incorporate them into the design.   Blueprints are not all created equal.  We integrate the homeowners specifications on the blue prints in order to provide a clear representation of the homeowners vision of their new home.

Designing Your Home

We find most of our customers like several features from multiple designs. We take these features and combine to form a truly custom home design. We review the design together and consider different alternatives, until we succeed in creating your dream home. Communication is the key to a successful set of blue prints. Your set of blueprints and specifications are a large part of our construction agreement and will be clear before we begin construction.
